AC Monza plays its home matches at Stadio Brianteo, recently rebranded as U-Power Stadium following a naming rights agreement with the Italian workwear company U-Power. Located in Monza, a city in the Lombardy region just north of Milan, the stadium has a capacity of 18,568 spectators and has served as Monza's home ground since 1988. The club, which was taken over by former AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi and his associate Adriano Galliani in 2018, achieved its historic first-ever promotion to Serie A in 2022 after more than a century of existence — a milestone that brought top-flight football to U-Power Stadium for the first time.

The arrival of Berlusconi and Galliani transformed Monza's ambitions both on and off the pitch.
