FK Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih is a Ukrainian football club from Kryvyi Rih, a major industrial city in central Ukraine known for its enormous iron ore deposits and metallurgical industry. The city itself is one of Ukraine's longest cities, stretching over 120 kilometres along the Inhulets River. Kryvbas (a contraction of Kryvorizky Basein – Krivoy Rog Basin) won the Ukrainian Premier League in 1999 and 2000, becoming the first Ukrainian club outside Kyiv and Donetsk to win back-to-back titles. The club was dissolved in 2012 but reformed and has been working its way back through Ukrainian football.

1959 – Club founded in Kryvyi Rih. 1991 – Ukrainian Premier League founding member. 1999 – First Ukrainian Premier League championship. 2000 – Second consecutive Ukrainian championship. 2001 – Champions League qualifying rounds. 2012 – Dissolved due to financial difficulties. 2014 – Reformed club. 2022 – Ukrainian competition; Kryvyi Rih President Zelensky's hometown becomes globally known.
