Kolos Kovalivka

Kolos Kovalivka is one of Ukrainian football's most unusual stories — a village club from Kovalivka, a small settlement in Kyiv Oblast, central Ukraine, that rose through the football pyramid to compete in the Ukrainian Premier League. The club plays at Stadion Kolos, a modest ground in Kovalivka with a capacity of approximately 2,400 spectators, making it one of the smallest grounds in any top European division. The club is owned and supported by the Kovalivka Agricultural Enterprise, and its rise to the Premier League represents perhaps the most extreme example of rural football development in Ukrainian football history.
