NK Varaždin is a Croatian football club from Varaždin, a beautiful baroque city in northwestern Croatia near the Slovenian border. The club has had periods in the Croatian First Football League (HNL) and represents the proud footballing tradition of one of Croatia's most historically significant cities, known as the "Croatian Vienna" for its baroque architecture and cultural heritage.
