Häcken Stadium

Nordic Wellness Arena

Gothenburg, Inlandsgatan 48 7,000 capacity

BK Häcken plays at Hisingen Arena (commercially branded as Bravida Arena), located on Hisingen island, the large island within Gothenburg's harbour that constitutes one of the most distinctive parts of Sweden's second city. The stadium has a capacity of approximately 7,500 spectators and has served as Häcken's home during the club's rise to become one of Allsvenskan's most competitive clubs. Hisingen is traditionally a working-class, industrial area of Gothenburg, and BK Häcken's identity reflects this community — a club with a strong local following and a determination to compete with Gothenburg's more historically established football institutions.

BK Häcken's most remarkable achievement came in the 2021–22 season when they won the Allsvenskan championship for the first time in their history, ending a long wait and confirming the club's development as a genuine Swedish football force. The title triumph was celebrated enthusiastically throughout Hisingen and across Gothenburg, with Bravida Arena at the centre of the celebrations. Häcken have also qualified for European competition on multiple occasions, participating in UEFA Europa League and Conference League qualifying campaigns that have provided valuable continental experience and raised the club's profile beyond Sweden.

Bravida Arena's compact scale creates an excellent home atmosphere for Häcken's Allsvenskan matches, with the Hisingen community providing committed and vocal support. The club's investment in quality coaching and a clear footballing philosophy has helped them consistently develop and attract talent, and the stadium reflects the efficient, focused approach that characterises the club's operations. As Häcken continues to build on their championship success and European ambitions, Bravida Arena will remain the heart of one of Allsvenskan's most dynamic contemporary clubs.
