AGF Aarhus (second entry) – Club History
AGF Aarhus is one of Denmark's oldest and most respected football clubs, founded on 29 January 1880 in Aarhus, Denmark's second-largest city. Originally founded as a gymnastics club, AGF (Aarhus Gymnastik-Forening) expanded into football and became one of the sport's leading clubs in Denmark. Playing in white and blue, AGF have won the Danish football championship on nine occasions and the Danish Cup on multiple times, with their most successful era in the 1950s–1960s. Their Ceres Park stadium in Aarhus provides a historic home for Danish top-flight football in Jutland's main city.
