The Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadyumu is the home of Istanbul Basaksehir FK, located on Yunus Emre Caddesi in the Basaksehir district of Istanbul on the European side of the city. The stadium holds 17,156 spectators and opened in 2014, named after Fatih Terim - Turkey's most celebrated football coach, winner of the UEFA Cup in 2000 and multiple Super Lig titles with Galatasaray. The compact, modern stadium was built specifically for Basaksehir as the club rose through Turkish football, reflecting the club's close association with the local government of Basaksehir municipality.

Istanbul Basaksehir's rise from lower Turkish divisions to the Super Lig title in 2019-20 was one of Turkish football's most significant modern achievements, breaking the dominance of the Istanbul Big Three for the first time in many years. The club also qualified for the UEFA Champions League group stage in 2020-21, becoming only the fourth Turkish club to participate in the competition's group stage.
